The Nikon Coolpix L23 is an entry level compact digital camera. L23 is a 10.1 megapixel camera and is powered by EXPEED C2 Image Processing Engine. This Coolpix camera is equipped with a 5x optical zoom NIKKOR lens and has 28mm (35mm format equivalent) focal length. Body The Nikon L23 weighs 170g and has dimension of 96.7 x 59.9 x 29.3 mm. The camera features a 2.7-inch TFT LCD screen with a resolution of 230,000 dot pixels. The Coolpix L23 has an internal memory of 22MB and supports external memory cards such as SD, SDHC and SDXC. The camera features three image stabilization options: electronic vibration reduction (VR), motion detection and Best Shot Selector (BSS) to give good quality images. A user can setup self timer for 10 seconds and shoot in a continuous mode at 1.4 fps for up to 4 shots. The Nikon Coolpix L23 can record movie in VGA format at 30 fps.
